Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of this website and to cleaning services provided by Mirabella Cleaning Services. Your written estimate or service agreement will include any additional terms specific to your service.

Estimates & pricing

Prices shown on this website are starting prices and guides only. Your price is confirmed in a written estimate following a walkthrough of your property. If the scope of work changes, we will agree any adjustment with you in advance.

Scheduling & cancellation

We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or inability to access the property at the scheduled time may incur a fee, as described in our Client Guidelines.

Satisfaction promise

If you are not satisfied with an area included in your service, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean it at no charge. The promise does not provide cash refunds, and does not cover pre-existing damage, permanent stains or work outside the agreed scope.

Liability & insurance

Mirabella is licensed, bonded and insured. Please report any concern about damage within 24 hours of your visit so we can review it promptly and fairly. We are not responsible for items that are fragile due to age or improper installation, or for unsecured valuables.

Non-solicitation

Our team members are trained and insured through Mirabella. We kindly ask that clients do not hire Mirabella team members privately during service and for 12 months afterward.
