How to use the promise
- Contact us within 24 hours of your scheduled visit (call, text or email).
- Tell us what wasn’t right — a quick photo helps us fix it and coach our team.
- We’ll schedule a return visit at the earliest time that suits you and re-clean the area free of charge.
The promise covers areas included in your agreed service checklist. Pre-existing damage, permanent stains and items outside the scope of service are not covered — we’ll always tell you honestly what can and can’t be improved.
